!!!serious problems?!!!

alright...well ive been smoking the finest krypt for about 5 years straight...never went without one day of not burning...yes im serious..well my question is this: ive been hocking up BLACK flem for about 2 years... i know its somthing to do with resination,i smoke only out of a roor bong..approx 25inchs, is this a serious problem? ive been telling myself its not for the longest time...but i think somthing is defenitly wrong, couple of my friends have the same problems...when it comes to the respirtoray system im lost...could someone fill me in on this problem...

p.s never hocked up blood...but i must hock 100+ times a day

I recommend that you switch to a vaporizer and see if the condition fades away. If it doesn't, see a doctor ASAP.

Do you smoke ciggerettes? Ive smoked chonicly/daily over the past 6 years, while smoking cigs for 3
Ive quit smoking cigs and don't really hack up too much phelm anymore

Definately go see a doctor that aint right

Hey there man,

Well, for over a year now i have had a wicked cough, coughing several times a day with so much phlegm you could not believe.

I have been in and out of the doctor, about every week i get a new doctor and a new prescription. They have no idea whats wrong with me...

So i took matters into my own hands and have been purchasing a medication called "Mucinex". This pill is a GODSEND! I can not even come close to explaining how much easier this makes my life.

I suggest you either see a doctor or look into Mucinex, it is completely safe, no side-affects, it is meant for smokers.

BTW - I did quit smoking for sometime, too see if the symptoms would be relieved, although no change occured.

look for medicine with guafenesin (sp?) in it. psuedoephedrine used to do the trick too but its illegal now

Pseudoephedrine is not illegal. All that's changed is that you have to show ID and sign for it. The federal law limits you to purchasing 3.6 grams a day (120 30mg pills) and 9 grams (300 30mg pills) a month.

I've had this happen with myself as well. I've smoked rather frequently over the last 6-7 years straight up until around a half a year ago or more. Between moving two times and changing jobs (all with drug tests) I've been without buds for a few stretches of time. Each time my morning throat clearing has gone away 100%. It's takes a few weeks but it goes away slowly but surely, unless of course you are having other more serious problems. These times you have taken a "break", how long was it for?

Speaking of which, my longest stretch without is supposed to end tomorrow. I finally found a connection in my area. PRAY that it doesn't fall through for me please. I need all the luck I can get. If it fails ... I may cry.

give your lung a rest already... I had a similar problem myself. After quitting the black-junk went away after a few weeks. Asthma can do this to the lungs and smoking if you have asthma is not a great idea... Asthmatic folks here usually end up with a pill or an inhaler or both-- avoid the drug salmeterol as it may be recalled, it actually makes symptoms worse over time. It might help to avoid cheese, milk, sour cream, ice cream-- or limit yourself to only one dairy item per week. I know it helps me a lot.

Buzzby is right, you can vape or you can eat brownies/cookies...
