When you run the smoke thru the water, the nasty crap stays in the water....so, Bong is better than J/Pipe. Plus, the high is better, in my opinion.

HINT: Add ice cubes to the bong water, to make a real cooool smoke.

Bongs are more efficient at filtering out THC than tar. Therefore, in order to get the same amount of THC into your system you have to inhale more tar with a bong.

Here's a question in relation....do you still get as much THC or does some of that get lost in the water too?
