Effects on the brain.

I live in America, and of course it is illegal to smoke there. Since it is illegal, they do not do testing on the effects of weed, so I can't find any information on this. I just want to know if anyone has any articles or knows how weed effects your brain (perminatly, not when you are high). Thank you.

Edit, this is probably been answered before, but I can't find it. Does using a vaperizer eleminate all the bad effects on your lungs? How much better for you is it?

Hey just wanted to reply to your post... I am 99.9% sure that there have being no deaths from Marijuana. Now thats not saying that there hasnt being a death where Marijuana is involved, but unlike alcohol you cant "drink or smoke in MJ case yourelf to death" The only reason Peole are against Marijuana is because it is illegal. And I believe that as soon as the Government figure a way to sell it with a great profit going to the government, and can stop ppl from growing it, I think we will be buying packets of joints" People are ignorent.. Its just like "Herbal Pills" herbal E or Speed.. now why wouldnt people wanting there kids taking something that will not kill them? why because its seen as "bad" Marijuana is 10 fold better then drinking and smoking, but its illegal so ITS BAD!! ok so there I have bored you enough... Toke toke toke..........

I have been getting high since 1968. I have had a successful career, and have earned progressively more money.... I owe it to ONLY doing ganja, and not caving into the pills that they try to get you on for any type problem. I am over 50, and take NO prescription drugs for any ailment. I really believe HERB IS THE BEST MEDICINE FOR THE MIND, BODY AND SOUL....

Research has shown that there are no long-term effects on the brain from using cannabis. Even people who have been heavy smokers for years show no differences from non-smokers after a month of abstinence.
