What are your symptoms? SSRIs and weed, I assume youve gradually uped the doseage of lexapro. Have you noticed any differences? ONce you get a high enough doseage, smoking weed wouldn't matter much as long as you smoke consistantly,while adjusting the doseage; because it will inhibit the effectiveness of the SSRI. Sometimes certain multiple symptoms require a certain combination of some kind of stimulant, anti convulsent, SSRIs, anti psychotics, or other meds

I didn't do one of your searches, but I've learned from personal experiences.

I suffer from anxiety, really not depression, every time I smoke, the anxiety will be increased. Not lately though. Its been alright. I quit smoking herb for about 7 months. About a 3 weeks ago t I started to smoke regualrly again. I have been taking lexapro for about 2 months. I've been on the same dosage the whole time.

hmmmmmm an SSRI for anxiety. All your smyptoms are anxiety? Have you ever been depressed or suffered any head injuries or drug usage?
If your just suffering anxiety,and you feel like lexapro isn't working, doctors sometimes perscribe something like valium or xanax. If your suffering from depression and anxiety or ADD, anxiety and depression, or ADD, anxiety, depression, and drug usage; just taking the SSRI will not be a cure all.

I dont suffer from depression nor had any head trauma. Just anxiety. I keep thinking theirs something wrong with me, my heart or I have a brain tumor, something like that. The Lexapro has helped alot, I was just wandering if weed will interact with it in a wrong way.

Lexapro for Anxiety Information
