ok well, i know everyone has there own "style" of a panic attack, and anxistey, i dont know if this anxistey or just some weird episode. but i just ha smoked my bong and took about maybe 4 hits. i am not a new user to pot eather just to add. been smoking for a few years now. but anyway so i just smoked i went out side and skateboarded for a little bit maybe 10 minuets and then i came back in and went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror and this is where it gets weird, but i looked in the mirror and like saw a diffrent person, like i saw the younger face from when i was like 6 or 7 years old. i am 20 now and i never looked at myself like that before, it was like a strange maybe halucanation,it was like time froze and all the lights just shined on me and i feel like it was a feeling of relezation of life. or a sign of someone saying, look at your self, right after i became very confused about everything in life, questioning everytying, after freaking out i went into a standerd panic attack heart beating fast, in a daze, but i know panicing makes it worse so i just took a cold shower and delt with it till it went away. if anyone can shine some light on my episode with the mirror please do

p.s. i did some searching and saw stuff about skitophrenia how ever u spell it. but i have had some of those symtoms shown on the threads, i get parnoid, seeing things, hearing things, i just feel like confused about everthing.

sounds like your classic bout of derealization or depersonalisation...i get that to the extreme from off-topic psychedaelics. i've experienced it with cannabis myself, but not to the extreme level you describe.

maybe knock the old smoke on the head for a bit and clean your system out. other than that i'd suggest its just your perception playing with you...that ***** has been ****ing with me for as long as i can remember

yea, i am gonna try to eather not smoke at all anymore cause its messing with my brain, or i am like you said gonna clear out my system, and maybe causauly smoke, ive been smoking like 5 times a day wether it be a joint, bong, bowl for months now and never expierenced anything even close to this. so i mean ive read a lot of stuff saying how pot isnt for everyone, but if i was gonna react weirdly to it wouldnt i of had an episode already? like i said ive been smoking like this for years now and ive never halucanted like this before.
