| lately ive been doing things my way and to get them done i usually smoke weed for a little boost and do what i gotta do, then their are some things i only like to do when im tired. my question is it healthy to work out or do chores when your burnt out or tired?, i like doing things when im tired cause im usually not wanting to go to bed at that time, so i go and do some work to keep me awake, im not physically tired just mentally tired, is it healthy or not to do somewhat hard labour or work out when im mentally tired?

| Well... I do yoga and I know that for yoga the best time to do it for maximum physical benefit is when my mind is weak (tired, burnt, non-operational). You say that it is only your mind but not your body that is tired so I'd say go ahead with it. What you were describing was mostly physical anyway and for me at least the mind has a tendency to steal energy from my body which causes my muscles to tense, but in the right state of mind it's almost like I can just drop into any unusual stretch w/o pain because there's no resistance when my mind doesn't care. Anyway, working out is healthy so do it whenever you can =) |

| I wouldn't suggest hard physical labour or working out if you've smoked so much that it kills the pain or that you lose all your inhibition because without any pain you don't know how far is too far, so if you lift weights for example at least be sane enough to feel "something"... heh, that's probably obvious but i just wanted to make sure. |
