I think you should see a shrink. Hearing voices is a pretty big sign, and it's better to do something about it now than to wait until it escalates into something bigger.

If you are normal, no harm done. If you have a problem, better to nip it in the bud.

I concur, Dr. T. These might be symptoms of something serious and it would be a good idea to get it checked out by a psychiatrist.

I have had this problem too, most of my friends say it was the crapy homegrown weed or the ramblings of my smoking partner getting to me, whatever the case, I've been clean for about six months now because of a series of bad trips, and I'm about ready to hit the joint again

, hopefully the bud was to blame.

Try taking a break, it'll help tons

But as the Poster did not mention a spiritual bent to the voices, I responded with the most general of answers.

If the matter had been spiritual in nature I would suggest that s/he make an appointment for a serious conversation with their spiritual counselor, teacher of congregation leader for advice on this matter.
