I've noticed that sometimes I can't tell if I'm full or not while high. Unless I pay really close attention to how much I'm eating, I can't tell if I'm satisfied. Does anyone else have this problem?

When you get the munchies, the tendency is to stuff your face as quickly as possible: you're so hungry and it tastes so good. The problem is that your stomach takes 20 minutes to let you know it's full. I follow the same advice they give people who are trying to lose weight: eat very slowly and give your stomach time to catch up with your appetite.

I find that this process gives me a lot more satisfaction because I take the time to appreciate the nuances of taste and texture. I eat less and end up feeling a lot better because I don't get so full that I wind up being uncomfortable.

I don't eat fast, but sometimes I don't pay attention. I'll just be grazing, eating really slowly for a long time but not really acknowledging how much I am eating, then when I stop to think about it I can't tell if I'm full. It's not really a problem I suppose. Better to eat less than you need than more.

I have that problem....scary part is that it doesn't matter whether i'm high or not...i still graze....no wonder i'm such a fatass....and lord knows being preggers like i am sure isn't helping the grazing thing!

Reminds me....6 more weeks till i'm tokin again
