i take butalbital as a perscription daily, 2 in the morning cuz 1 dont work, i was wondering if there are ne side effects from smoking marijuana and taking butalbital? this will prolly get deleted but i really need to know this, i smoke everyday, and i took these pills last year for school(same reason now, i am a stressed young man) but i didnt smoke everday (weekends only) andi didnt take the pills on the weekends, and i just was just perscribed these pills today

Can't give you much help yet, I think Hillbilly can give more.

The medication you are taking is a barbituate combined with caffeine (like in coffee, cola and chocolate) and acetominophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol).

Caffeine and Tylenol can be combined with marijuana but barbituates are strong and addicitve drugs that effect metabolism. I can't give you any further advice as I am not a physician.

Is it possible for you to discuss this confidentially with your docotr or pharmacist?
