This shit is fucked up, I've had that "whole world looks like a cartoon", and when you experience it, you feel trapped, like WTF, escpecially if you experience this a lot, then u start to questioning "reality", and start asking questions like "is the whole world really just in my head, and nothings real?" etc. etc.
I've done a lot of research on it, it's called DEPERSONALIZATION and DEREALIZATION... it's not a good thing to fuck wit' as their is no cure yet, I've talked with people smoking one joint, then being DP/DR 15 years etc.
It's connected wit' anxiety, but when you don't got any phobia, it's very hard to eliminate.

My suggestions: stay far away from weed 'til you "come down".
Exercise, keep your mind occupied, don't let it take your life over, cuz then u might be fuckdup for life... (seriously)
