I smoke marijuana. After smoking - i usually get the urge shortly afterwards to have a good healthy bowel movements. If I don't smoke for a long period of time and don't have a movement my stomach starts to cramp up and I feel sharp pains in my stomach, anyone have any idea what mightbe wrong, or why marijuana is the only reason I can have a regular healthy bowel movement?
