I'm I crazy? please help a brotha out

I've a read a few post to see if my question was answer. It was in a way with Skunkinmyblunt's post. My little part of it is at the bottom

Now, am I goin mentally ill(wouldn't that be triggerd 2millions joints ago if I was in the "dangerzone" of that)?
Most of the time I'm somewhat normal, but my shorttermmemory is totally gone, I endup putting the cheese in the washing machine n shit while making food(don't ask:P).
For som reason I've started to think a lot about the universe and shit, that can trigger a panic...

Anyone else experienced something similar and recoverd?

So that pretty much is my situation, except, I'm going to sound crazy, but I think I hear and see things. I think I hear my friends talking behind my back, literaly. If I walk ahead of them I hear them talking about me. I really thought they were talking shit, so when we smoke I zone out and forget about them. (not all my friends just two, who "lead" my friends I guess.) I've caught them a few times talking, not towards me, but I knew it was about me, little inside jokes, I recently confronted them and they both deny everything. They make it seem like I'm crazy. That is what got me into panic attack mode. Is it a possibility its all in my head? I mean do people really hear and see things on weed? I'm fine when I'm sober, only when I'm high..
