Hot tub is ok. I have heard bad things about saunas though. I know I read in maxim that sex in a sauna can be deadly. MJ is almost as good as sex...related?

I've hotboxed a sauna with friends. It's great, and works extremely well. Still alive, too.

Caution: Anything that puts a strain on your heart -- increased body temperature, smoke inhalation, excercise, physical activity including sex -- in a sauna or hot tub can cause a heart attack in a person with a condition (known or unknown).

Signs: Dizziness, nasuea, vomiting, fainting, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, fast heart beat, difficulty breathing, pain in the arms, legs, chest, head.

What to do: Get out of tub sauna. lay down with legs higher than heart. If person is unconcious has difficulty breathing or is in pain or experincing any of the above to extreme DIAL 911. AND STAY WITH THE PERSON UNTIL THE PARAMEDICS GET THERE!!!

If you have been okay til now, and most of you folks are young and healthy, GREAT...but be aware not Everyone Is As Healthy As You Are .
