Pot just makes me feel like I'd rather be out doing what I feel like at the time, rather than taking the test. But unless I'm stoned at the time, It doesn't make me stupid. If I am high, I might have impaired memory or lack of motivation, but I am still as smart as ever. But that is me. My other pal loves it at school because he doesn't zone out like he usually does, he listens to his teachers, but another pal is a complete idiot whenever he smokes. But regardless of THC being in you system, if you aren't high, I wouldn't think it would make ya stupid...

i have an interesting opinion on this. i heard somewhere...and i proved it to myself this: if you are high while you study...then you have to be high when you apply it.

if your mind is in an altered state when you learn something...you should be in that same state when you recall it, your mind works like that. i was high every singly night for my PSAT review course, and i got in the 94 percentile. So if youre up for smoking when you study and all, then i would say you should get a little buzzed before your exam.....

Hmm, well considering that this semester I'm stuck with bullship classes that don't require creativity and that literature this semester is just gonna be about recalling stuff I've read I think ill just back off. Lemme pose another slightly different question... Would the THC continue to work maybe in a subconcious <= (spelling) or passive way days later. I mean, I know my tollerance is mediocre and I don't FEEL any afterbuzz but i was wondering if anyone knew any biological or chemical answer to my question.

Yep yep yep, I'm taking Pscyhology class right now, and the teacher told us about proven research that showed if your in the same "state of mind" or mood while you study, as on the test, you'll be able to remember things more clearly, thus a higher score. So it's pretty obvious this would apply to weed.

I know for me, weed makes me a hyper-learner. I can almost take a step back from my body and say to myself, look how much information this brain is taking in , it's incredible. And for the most part i forget it while im sober,,then when im high again, back it comes,baby!

weed is supposed to affect you for aroud 48 hours and the only 2 effects i remember is worse short term memory and slower reaction. they told us this in treatment so it might be bull**** but most of their info was right on

i perposely took my chemistry test blazed off my ass and got a 95% i think pot makes you do better because it helps you concentrate on the task at hand.

My psychology teacher at college did say that when you study under simular conditions as they will be during the test then you will score better. Of course he was talking about the theory that studying with music is good for you, but the fact is that unless your teacher lets you bring in your cd player to the test, its not gonna help. As for my experience with weed, if I got stoned and then went to class I would probably fall asleep or something. The last thing I want to do stoned is something that requires thought, it just kills the feeling for me.
