I have been brewing "A POT" of tea everyday...seems to hlep with hotflashes and helps me sleep. Has anyone else heard of this?

heck yeah sister, tea is good for the body. if you make a tincture out of your herbal tea you can have a cup of tea anytime you need, just carry a little bottle with you and fix up your juice.

On the otherhand if it helps in your situation, and I know plenty of women who it does help, and there is no indication not to use it, it would be counter-intuitive not to use the natural pharmecopiea to its fullest level.

Might I ask how you are brewing your tea?
