Does anybody else feel depressed the day after smoking all night? I notice that after smoking all night I have a great sleep but I feel kind of down during the day.

yea i do sometimes, depending on how i get the night before. most of the time after a night of smoking i just feel relaxed and calm about things the next day. but try drinking a cup or two of some strong coffee if u are feeling tired or depressed the next day( idk it helps me)

yeah sometimes i feel like that after a nite of smoking. like worn out and stuff. after a couple cups of coffee im good to go.

Take a big B-Complex tablet before you go to bed and you won't have a "weed hangover" the next day.

yeah i feel like even if i dont smoke a lot...but i got in the habbit of taking a multi-vitamin everyday, if i dont smoke and i forget my multi, i feel like crap too.

I find that if I go to sleep while still high I wake up feeling somewhat foggy, especially if I'm not getting more than 5 or 6 hours. I try to be sober by bedtime, or at least just about down.

Try using a vaporizer. Seriously, I think you might find that the morning finds you way differently that if you had 'smoked'

I do not become depressed after smoking. Not these days. But for a long time I was depressed, for years. And I self medicated myself to feel good. Marijuana and depression is a touchy subject for me. I do not believe that smoking led to my depression, but I blame it, or my inability to moderate use, as a factor in the depressions length. For a long time it was just easier to be stoned, than it was to take the steps to improve my life. I will keep hammering this point. Because it is one of the most significant pieces of advice I can give in regards to smoking pot. Smoke it, smoke away, but do so within the context of a developed an active life......
