I am 21 years old and I suffer from bipolar and partial seizure disorder. I took my first lamictal today which my doctor told me to take ontop of my zoloft. I took both meds together and within 10 minutes I was having an anxiety attack. I couldn't stop shaking, I was having trouble breathing, and was horribly unfocused. I was trying to study for a bio test and kept forgetting what I was doing. I tried smoking some weed to help calm my nerves, but it had the complete opposite reaction! It felt like speed x10. I started shaking uncontrollably, got cold and sweaty, rapid heartbeat, short breath, chest pain, throbbing throat and head. I thought I was going to have a siezure, or a heart attack. I almost went to the doctor because I thought I was going to die. I never went to the hospital because it was so late and I can't afford the ER bills. Now I'm feeling better, a couple hours after the episode, but I'm extremely groggy and I still have a headache and chest pains. I'm kinda afraid to sleep. Will I be okay in the morning??? Any suggestions?
