|  diversion and getting a card a friend of mine just got caught with some substances and most likely he will get some type of drug diversion program so he can kick this felony off of his record. the entry level program lasts for approximately 6 months and consists of some classes and drug testing. after diversion is over, its like nothing ever happened with the incident, but diversion can only be used once every 5 years. the question is...can friend get a medical marijuana card after the drug diversion program is over and legally smoke? (this is california btw) |
