| so after work on 4/20 i decided to smoke some weed with my coworkers. (i'm not an avid smoker btw) i took a few long hits and i got pretty stoned. the next morning i was feeling pretty fine until about 5 pm. while i was working i suddenly felt the sense of euphoria rushin into me just as if i smoked weed. has this ever happened to any of you guys? it is now 4/22 noon and i still feel a bit of anxiety and memory loss. any info would be very helpful! |

| Well I'm not sure why it happened, but enjoy the free high. as for the memory loss, it is probably in your imagination, because that usually only effects certain long term, heavy smokers, or while people are actually high. And your probably just making yourself anxious thinking about it so much. Whatever it is will go away, you didn't do any permanent damage smoking just a few times. |

| I don't know why you're experiencing anxiety except that you had a drugless flash of being high. That happens to many people. After all, marijuana simply releases parts of your mind that are already there. Marijuana has no long-term effects except that you might feel a little fuzzy-headed the next morning. A good dose of B-complex vitamins before going to bed helps with that.

| B complex is great advice. So is a gram or 2 of Vitamin C. I typically prefer 'time release' because it will take longer to work thru your system. Because Vitamin C is water soluble it is rapidly processed thru the body, i.e. you will just piss it away. Time release is gradually released over a number of hours. Additionally, you might want to give a Vaporizer a try. I know that, for me, when vaping I almost never have any kind of "fuzzy headed' feeling the next morning... . |
