That's a good question. I would think that the information would remain private and not accessible to the public. After all, your list of other prescription meds is privileged information. Though not savory to many, if you live where medical marijuana prescriptions are allowed then that's simply between you and your doctor.
Anyone else know?

You're question is quite vague so I really don't know what your exact concern is.
If however, you are simply asking whether the "Doctor's recommendation" is "Doctor / Patient" only information then the answer is yes...

First of all, there is no such thing as a "marijuana prescription". Marijuana is not listed in the US Pharmacopeia (because it is a Schedule I controlled substance) and only drugs listed there can be prescribed.

What you get from your doctor is a recommendation that marijuana might be useful in treating some condition you might have. This recommendation is a protected Doctor/Patient communication.
