What are the conditions one must have to choose alternative medicine and have a doctor prescribe them marijuana, im stressed in life ? do i qualify should i seek a doctor caused in stressed and be prescribe to pills and have it mess with me and probably end up like that VA KILLER or can i choose the option to have marijuana as my alternative of medicine and also have a prescription to show my job for random drug test, carrying quick fix on me everyday is crazy....

To answer your question.
Garden variety stress is not going to qualify anyone for a Doctor's medical marihuana recommendation. I think you'll acknowledge that stress is a factor, one way or another, in the life of every human being.

Here's a thought. Take 10 or 15 minutes each week or two and get active in some way that will help advance the cause for Legalization. I suspect that the satisfaction resulting from knowing you are actually doing something that someday in the not too distant future will help, if not you, then those that follow, use marihuana to their benefit without having to have a Doctor say it's OK will be quite soothing.
I know that, over the years, the time I have spent giving of myself to this cause, among others, has resulted in a sense of well being that mitigates a lot of the day to day stress that permeates my life.

Insofar as "pills" are concerned. I have never been a fan of conventional medication to alleviate stress. There are, quite often, much better solutions.
Get active - walk, run, bike, swim, shoot hoops etc. It will do wonders believe me.
Give meditation a shot. It really is quite simple and it's effect on stress is virtually immediate and ultimately profound...

Twelve states currently have provisions for medical marijuana. Do you live in one of them? Each state has different regulations on who is eligible to receive medical marijuana. You can get all the details on the NORML website here.

While you're there, consider joining NORML. Along with a couple of other organizations, it is our best hope for seeing marijuana legalized within our lifetimes.

A doctor cannot prescribe marijuana. It is not available by prescription. He can recommend marijuana and it's up to you to find it.

Having a doctor's recommendation doesn't prevent you from being fired if you test positive on a drug test. All it does is protect you from prosecution under state laws. It has been tested in court and it has been found that employers are in no way obligated to make accommodations for medical marijuana users.
