when you wake up burnt out the last thing you feel like doing is a workout. If you could bring yourself to do that then that would be the best way

After I lift I Smoke, and I know it helpss me relax so I can sleep and get ready for work the next morning.

Hello,
I don't ever have that burnt out feeling. Actually the only time I ever smoke on a weekday is when there is a major business meeting the next day. It always acts as an antidepressant for me. I feel great and relaxed the day after I smoke.

I find masturbating first thing in the morning gets your head straight. Because when your just about to explode in your pants, you stop and think to yourself 'wat the **** am i doin" then you wake up to reality, and you feel better.

or you could go take that vitamin pill, that would do wonders i bet.

back in my better days...i would smoke 2 bowls after all my affairs were taken care during the night. i also had the problem of waking up with really red eyes and this dehydrated burnt feeling you speak of...so before i went to be every night i would drink a large 24ozglass of water before bed and would wake up fine...no more red eyes or burnt feeling...just a matter of flushing your system out and rehydrating

yah, isn't it true that weed has the opposite efftects of alcohol when it comes to becoming imune to it? like the more weed you smoke, the less it takes for you to get high? and isn't that because the thc stays in ur brain longer, so if you smoke before the thc has left from your brain from the last time you smoked, you will get high faster because you don't need as much thc to get you high because you already have some stored in your brian? I know that's kind of going off on a tangent from this thread, but that makes sense then if you don't get burnt out if you only smoke once a month, but you will you smoke a staight...
