| i have been smoking on and off for a few years and have always been able to get wasted on only a few hits, but lately after smoking, i get the sensation of my throat/lungs closing up and my stomach/abdomen filling up, as well as light headedness (even after the hit has worn off), shivering even when in a warm enviroment and very pale skin. This lasts for hours and is a very unpleasant feeling. Could this be an allergic reaction, something physically wrong with my internal organs, or something else. any suggestions welcome in need :/ | |

| I had the same thing, and have put smoking (only eating!) on hiatus for a few months. I noticed that my lungs felt more open after smoking but my throat felt like it was being choked slightly. Although I have asthma, this doesn't have anything to do with it, in fact tests showed I was breathing BETTER. I personally think that it could be psychological with me, but I am not too sure and don't want to risk it. |

| New Member | I think it could be an allergy to a combination of things. for example, did you drink alcohol and then smoke up? marijuana only becomes a problem when you poison yourself with it (to me at least), and you can't do that by taking just a few hoots. |
