Anybody here ever felt any violent tendendies while being high? There was this one time that i kicked my dog because it was barking at me when i was high one day. Didn't happen again, but i'm wondering if anything like that has ever happened to anybody else out there. Not kicking a dog exactly but some other type of violent act.

Nope, percontra ... marijuana should have no correlation with violence, but of sedation, if anything.
If MJ does make one prone to violence and if your dog was around you, he probably would've bitten ya.

Are you sure it wasn't laced with something? ... some dealers attempt to mask the poor quality of the herb by lacing it with PCP. If so, stay away from that dealer. Now, PCP may do that, but that substance is out of my area and not on my "to-do" list.

I think you may have just been real impatient with the dog after smoking. Sometimes I get pretty impatient with people, and begin to get a little annoyed even by the smallest things. Maybe the barking dog got you a little impatient so you were quick to kick it and shut it up. Either way....poor dog.

I agree with Whitey (if you know it wasn't laced) mj can make you impatient sometimes. Or could it have been paranoia? Were you afraid the dog was going to "give you away" by barking and this was your reaction to not wanting to get caught?

Either way, I don't think I've ever heard of anyone getting violent after using marijuana. That's a strong word. I hope this doesn't happen frequently to you.

BTW, I used to have a rottweiler. She was such a good dog. ::smiles fondly::

well kicking your dog obviously isn't a good thing but i get annoyed and irritated like that sometimes too... like today for example, i was sitting out with my friend enjoying a refreshing bowl outside & this bird came over and just started chirping, it was the most annoying thing ever! & eventually i just started chucking rocks & whatnot so it would shut the hell up! and leave, which it did but then it came back.... & me and my friend smoked more and i forgot all about it, until now of course. lol
maybe that day your dog could just really sense what was going on & got all weird on u...

And what did your dog do to you that you had to lash out violently at him? It gives you nothing but love and you beat it for loving you. And you blame the weed. You might want to look inward to find the true source of your anger.
