Hey, you guys, I have a question. What is the length of time a person can quit smoking until continuing to quit will not affect your tolerance level?!
What is the minimum someone should refrain before their tolerance cannot get any lower?

Hmm thats somewhat awkwardly worded, not quite sure what you're trying to ask but I'll give it a stab anyway....

First off its important to note that are essentially two forms of tolerance: psychological and physical.

Psychological tolerance refers to how "used" you are to the effects of marijuana. That's a somewhat vague definition so I'll use a crappy analogy to try and make things clearer....you know how when you get in a tub full of steaming hot water, and after a while it doesn't seem as hot as when you first got in? The idea at work in that scenario is somewhat the same as the concept of psychological tolerance.

Phyiscal tolerance is directly correlated to how much THC you have in your system. This doesn't REALLY apply to marijuana, since marijuana is not physically addictive and doesn't cause much tolerance in this respect, but its still a factor to keep in mind.

Psychological tolerance to the effects of marijuana is, of course, subjective, and there's really no scale by which to determine how much your tolerance will fluctuate based on how long you abstain. The best thing to do in order to get rid of psychological tolerance is break up the routine you have set...ie, if you smoke weed once a week, do it once every other week, if you do it daily, try doing it just a few times a week instead.

In terms of physical tolerance to the effects of marijuana dissapearing, well, this is somewhat more solid and less relative. THC is generally fully metabolised within a month, give or take a week or two depending on the rate of your metabolism. So if you wanna get rid of physical tolerance, its advisable that you abstain for a month or so.

Hope I helped in some way.
