|  smoking while using NSAID medication? i have just been prescribed a Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug (NSAID)... and was wondering if weed would have any adverse effects while using it.... i had it prescribed for a injury to my 4th vertabrae... the active ingredient is diclofenac potassium... it has had some wierd effects since ive been taking it... i have not had a nightmare in several years, but last night i had about 5  and woke up totally exhausted... in the info it has nightmares/insomnia as a possible side effect.i was thinking of toking up after i take it, and before i go to sleep, so i will just sleep like a rock and not have crazy ass nightmares all night...
