| have your meals planned out when you get high. mine is 10 ounces of meat in between 2 pieces of bread. you wont eat crap if you have those meals planned out |

| You should really eat before u smoke . you can save a lot of weed, youll get higher and u wont have the munchies after. this is because when u eat , all the blood goes to the stomach to help digest, therefore less blood to fight off the high. |

| Howdy again! I like the idea of fruits and veggies. Roughage (fiber), vitamins, minerals, low calories, and no cholesterol!! A big ol' piece of fruit will help with cottonmouth, also. Lotsa fluids helps, as well. If you got a belly full of water, or other liquid.. (not alcohol) the appetite usually subsides. ~~hb | |

| Try keeping some bags of baby carrots in the fridge. a bowl of carrots and a huge glass of water...you can eat that ****e for hours, and it's very filling. Also, tuna makes a good veggie dip. Use carrots/celery instead of crackers/chips, lots of flavor and nutrition, fewer fat grams/carbs. good stuff. |

| Snack on healthy things, that's my advice. I also love to eat when I'm drunk but I try to eat things that are good for me. One important thing is staying away from carbs if you're snacking late at night; try eating a couple teaspoons of peanut butter, some yogurt, some fruit/veggies, or a glass of milk. |
