We all fall victim to the munchies. Good rule of thumb is next time you do get the urge, pick up an apple or something instead of a chocolate bar

That's what I find myself doing now. I'll have some cheese and crackers or one of my favorite "high" snacks is a tomato sliced up with some olive oil, cracked black pepper and fresh basil! No

thats so weird because whenever i am high i never get the munchies..EVERwhats wrong with me ?

i've smoked some weed that made made me get hard-core munchies, but some where i'm not hungry at all. depends on the amounts of thc i guess.

Mostly depends on the strain of Cannabis. A Sativa will get you a more up high without the munchies, and a Indica will get you that down and real stoney feeling, where you dive for the munchies after the first bowl. Plus there are hybrids which will get you a little of both.

I reckon muchies is not just what mamabudz said, it could be the fact when you take a bite into them lollies your eating when your high the taste is soooo you just gotta keep eating more!!!

Since THC is found more abundantly in a Sativa and lacking in CBD, it won't give you the munchies like an Indica which is higher in CBD. This is why Marinol, a synthetic form of THC, isn't good at stimulating appetite, since it lacks other cannabinoids that aid in appetite stimulation as well as other medicinal factors. Schwag is really good at giving you the munchies, partly because the THC has broken down, giving it larger amounts of CBD.
