I personally have an important issue that has become a problem in my personal life. My husband was recently diagnosed with fybromyalgia, ostio Arthritus, and chronic fatigue syndrome, in which he was given a written notice from the doctor to prescribe marijuana to ease the pain. In california this is what proposition 215 was created for. Now, first off we did not lie, find a pot doctor, or pay someone to do this, it actually was not our intent.
Marijuana is so much less dangerous than alcohol, and still do not understand why it is illegal, compared to dangerous real drugs like vicoden, darveset, and soma, which my husband cannot take any of these because of the severe addiction, and the amount of damage these drugs have already caused my husband. So your saying great you guys can get weed at any dispensery right? Wrong! That is what we thought until we started to notice all the dispensery's are being raided by the feds.
Proposion 215 is a state law, it is supposed to allow medical patients access to it legally. The federal government has made it to where we have to do it the old fashion way, illegal, and dangerous to us and to the few dispenseries left trying to supply patients.
I am writing this to you all in hopes that whether you partake casually, medically or not at all, please remember that this is a plant, that is smoked just like a cigerette, but is less dangerous than both alcohol and cigerrettes and cannot even be obtained by people legal doctors 215 even in California!! I know some of you might have thought this proposition 215 was a free ticket to weed, well im here to tell you its absolutely not!! Its a joke on the Aids, Cancer, and several other patients to keep them quiet, and to keep marijuana Illegal.

I urge you to think about what your taking away the next time you vote against a medicinal marijuana bill or law that comes by, try to think of what the real reason that this plant continues to be illegal. And the worst thing that will happen is stock in munchies will go up and the police department, and the feds might have more time for real criminals, instead of busting medicinal patients trying to alleviate pain.
