HEY EVERYONE...now how THE HELL do you get that medical licence....My moms always talkin **** about "man you're breaking the law" so one of these days i wanna just throw a licence at her and be like "what now." I know some people out there know what to do. Later

Well, you could start by actually having a legitimate reason to get one... you know, like cancer or something. I'm pretty sure doctors don't prescibe marijuana to people who are just trying to get high without upsetting their mommy.

well hell i know alot of people with a licence that unlike tu mama...DONT have cancer. so again...I know theres a way and hopefully theres someone out there that have atleast SOMETHING SEMI-USEFUL to say

Well, what happens when your mom does a little bit of research and finds out that, though medical marijuana may be legal in your state, you're still subject to federal prosecution?

And last time I checked the CIA or whatever the hell you mean by "federal prosecution" doesnt go after someone for smokin some weed. I didnt once say my mom doesnt let me smoke weed i'm just interested in getting a licence. So AGAIN...anyone with even a little more useful info than this blondie chick..lets see what you got to say

The Federal Government classifies marijuana as a class one narcotic. It does not give anyone in any state the right to smoke marijuana legally, regardless of whether or not they are using it for medical purposes.

Federal authorities can arrest you for smoking weed even in states where medicinal use has been legalized. Did you just crawl out from under a rock, or have you been completely blind to the somewhat recent news coverage of this?

Unless you're in California, getting a med card is pretty unlikely unless you have a life-threatening disease or a disease which gives you constant, chronic (hehe) pain.


This isn't the place to go looking for advice on medical marijuana, especially when you have no reason to get a card other than to spite your mother
