is it ok to smoke weed right after surgery..when you still got stiches, bandages, some
bleeding?

i had surgery today on my hand and smoked some weed when i got home...is this
a good thing? does weed affect how fast your scars and stitches heal, or if you bleed
more or less? can i keep smoking a little everyday while i still have stitches and bandages?
also got some stronger painkiller pills oxycodone/acetamin ..does weed have a bad reaction with
these pills? or make them work slower?

id appreciate some info, i didnt feel comfortable asking the nurse

also i still feel the effect of the anasthtic and feel pins and needles in my arm..again, is it bad if i smoke
some weed like this?

It probably doesn't hurt to smoke, but I wouldn't do it. I would think that your body needs time to recover from what it just went through.

Trust your doctors/nurses. If you don't trust them, call a pharmisist. They know what drugs interact with others and they don't even have to know your name.

Should be harmless. If you have prescription pain killers, and plan on taking them, please do a search in this forum for related issues.

Marijuana should not have any negative efects with tissue healing. Good luck, bro.
