Hey i dunno if any of you have had the same experience but whenever i have a cold and i smoke weed everything gets better for the rest of the day-no stuffed up nose, no sneezing, no nothin.
Just wonderin if any of you also find that weed helps with a cold

I know that a lot of people here would agree with you, but from my experience, I can't. It tends to prolong cold-like diseases for me, althought it does seem to temporarily relieve some symptoms such as headaches.

wow that's so true....everytime I get a cold not only does it cure the symptoms but it actually makes me heal quicker...or at least it seems that way!

Marijuana is an anti-pxidant...and anti-oxidants have been shown to help the body's immune system recover from the common cold more quickly. In addition it is a bronchial dilator, which seems to clear the sinuses for some folks...

This does not apply to everyone though... and some folks feel worse smoking with a cold...

Your results may vary...

I find when I smoke and have a cold, I initially feel nearly fine, but once the high wears off I end up feeling worse than before.
