| I have bad allergies around this time of the year as well as to certain animals. I've found that smoking a bowl will clear up my stuffy nose as well as allow me to breathe easier (my lungs don't feel as "heavy"). Anyone know if this is in fact an effect and I'm not imagining it and if so what is the cause of this? G | |

| ...sudafed (generic seudophedrine) will dry your nasal passages. It is also yet another over the counter medication that can be deadly for some folks. In any event it should not be taken for an extended length of time without a doctor's advice to do so and then under a doctor's care. If your air passages are getting dry, you are probably dehydrated -- most folks are --- Always drink plenty of water. You probably are thirsty right now! Yup, thought so... go drink a large glass of water... your body will thank you...we'll wait for you to come back... and bring another glass with you to sip while you finish reading this message... Okay...back now? When you are smoking out...drink water then too. I reccomend getting a sippy cup, then if you knock it over, you won't spill too much water. Drink water on top of whatever else you drink... You'll be surprised after a week how thirsty your body was...and how much less you get the munchies ![]() | |
