Sup, I'm 22 and a fairly new smoker and new to these boards. The first time I got high was like 5 years ago...and since then I have been high maybe 5 times...

My problem is, everytime i am high i freak out...it feels like i am having a heart attack, although i know i am not...I try not to think about it, but it seems to make it worse. Another thing is, all the times i have been high was around people i didn't know real well and in a new place.

So do you think beening in a comfortable place with someone i've known for years will help the heart thing? Also do you think i should start out by taking only one hit, waiting for the effects then taking another if the effects aren't strong enough? I'm not totaly sure; i want to smoke, i just don't want to die
