Today after school i smoked with a friend and took about 3 hits from his pipe. This was only my 3rd time and so i started to walk home and when i got home i had a headace. Well maybe an hour after i got home. I went to my sisters bf's and smoked , took about 3 hits. And this was when i still was a little high from earler. Later i got a headace. And the first two times i smoked i got a headace. So my question is "Is it because im new to weed or maybe im doing some breathing stuff wrong. I thought i would just take advil next time or something.
Oh also i was thinking earler today when i was high if it was possible to take a rip and then blow out in a bottle or something and then suck that smoke back in and maybe u could get high from the smoke u alread exhaled or something like that.

First off, I get headaches sometimes when I smoke, its not because you are new to it. I have been smoking for years and in fact I got a headache from it earlier. Just take advil and you should be fine. Drink alot of water too.

Second, the THC is absorbed very quickly, part of the problem on getting a headache might be that you hold in the smoke for too long. I'd say 2-4 seconds is perfect.

This will not work, you can not get high off second hand smoke. When people talk about getting high because they were in a car that was hotboxed it is bs. "I'm trippin off the lack of oxygen to my brain WHOAA!"......

I get headaches sometimes too after I smoke. Don't smoke on a totally empty stomach;I've done this a few times and I feel sick until I eat somethin.

Yup. Strains of weed that are mostly Indica, and have a low THC content, give you a headache. However, a couple of advil usually solve the problem just fine. So if you get headaches, just keep some advil in with all your smoking stuff
