Default Glaucoma

Alright so ive been smoking weed basically all throughout highschool and i graduate in like 3 weeks.

Well my mom has been against weed ever since i started, even tho she herself has smoked when she was younger. Well today she was diagnosed with glaucoma in one of her eyes, and it could spread to the other.

Ive heard of the benefits of weed for glaucoma and thought i might talk to her about it.

Is glaucoma really bad?

Glaucoma will make you eventually go blind. My Dad has it and its getting worse and worse. I have tried giving him joints twice and he didn't accept them. I have talked to him about smoking marijuana for his eyes, but he will not do it, yet.

Right now he takes about 16 drops in his eyes everyday. At the end of the month he is going to get laser surgery on his eyes to help fight the glaucoma.

Depending on where you live, you should be able to get medical marijuana for gluacoma. Talk to your Mom about it.

Glaucoma can be treated with marijuana because it helps to relieve the pressure in the eyes. This helps to slow down the rate of progression of the disease. Although the only tests they've done on the subject have been about a month. So most doctors don't actually believe marijuana will help.

While marijuana can help, there is many other treatments more effective, and marijuana produces negative side effects like "euphoria , the high, but also dry eye.

Glaucoma is pretty bad as CollyLeaf said. Does your mom know you smoke pot? I'm sure it wouldn't do harm to her to smoke some pot , as long as she won't kill you for smoking pot. It does the job well, but she would have to "smoke a joint every two hours, and you can't stay high 24 hours a day" so drops work just as well.

If she still believes alot of the propaganda try to memorize these.

Default Canasol

This is a medicine derived from cannabis. It comes in an eye dropper form. You (obviously) put drops in your eyes. It can decrease the pressure up to 50% within 15 minutes. They are not expensive, they aren't psychoactive, and they appear to have few side effects. They also may work better when combined with other topical agents.
