I am wondering about the health effects of kif. since there isn't any plant material in kif, i'm wondering if there really are any harmful effects (since most harm is b/c of plant material). I'm really baked right now, so please try your best to understand my question.

I would guess that smoking kif would be a lot less harmful than smoking bud, because I don't think that cannabinoids can be transformed into tar or carcinogenic hydrocarbons because of combustion.

It would definitely be healthier, because you wouldn't have to smoke nearly as much. But, I don't think it's entirely free of plant matter.
