| my g/f has a bad reaction when people smoke around her. lightheadedness, migraine, and nausea are her symptoms... anyone had any experience with getting around things like this?

| ^Oooh, you could be stepping on some peoples toes there. Tyler, sorry, I don't have answer for you, my guess would be it's the smoke though. I don't see what else it could be.

| some people really are much more sensitive to inhaling particulate contaminants in the air [any kind of smoke] than other people, some people don't like the smell/taste of smoke, and some people are actually allergic to some of the contaminants in the smoke [the burned byproducts of some chemical fertilizers are really not good to breath]. ...and yes, some people might be just the tiniest bit offended at the implied gender-based connection to ill health. ![]()

| Well... you've got a point. I hate hanging out with girls that just complain all the time. But whatever, at least there doesn't seem to be to many girl members here... because we would all be dead by now. ![]()

| They're just making arrangements to have ninjas abduct you. Or at the very least, I'd be very careful the next time you walk through the perfume and cosmetics area of a department store. |

| this problem seems simple enough... don't smoke around her. it isn't her obligation to sit there and take the second-hand smoke. if she wanted to smoke, she probably would. it's called being polite: if she's getting sick, stop doing it around her.
