you know when you go to the doctors for a physcial,and they have you take a urine test? in the test,they just check you for all the big diseases and sicknesses,right? or will everything you do come up in the results too. i'm almost 100 % sure they just check to see if youre sick or something. cause they just put it in a machine and it spits out the results.

i wanna know this,for the next time i go there...

dont worry, I had the same situation once... Basically they check for protien levels and stuff, nothing related to checking for mj. I had a blood test and urinalysis. They never said anything to me about it, just what my body levels are at..

Trust me, it is way too expensive to do ASSAY & reg. urine combined. They're only checking for medical stuff, they couldn't afford to screen people. And even then, they'd have to have a good reason to do so.

Even if they did screen for MJ in your urine, they couldn't reveal it to anybody except you because of patient/doctor confidentiality.. They'd lose their job

They're not drug testing you. What would they do if you tested positive anyway?

I suppose it -might- be possible for a minor's parents to take them in for a drug test and not reveal to them what's happening. But if it's just part of a physical, I wouldn't worry about it.

They can give you drug tests only if your mom or some one requests it. one time my friend didn't know they didn't get tested for drugs, so they are listening to his heart and stuff and they to him" alright almost done time for some of your urine" and his heart starts beating really fast so the doctor tells his mom and the mom asks for the drug test to. got busted

I was actually wondering about this earlier today... My parents are Southern Baptist. They would probably disown me if they knew how much pot I smoke.

If you're a minor, your parentsd can request a drug test. besides that, theres nothing to worry about. You cann tell your doctor that you smoke mj, it really is better to be open with them anyway.
