yesterdya me and a freind were talken about how visene ****s up your eyes, i didnt realy beleive him so i thought ah what the **** well when i got home frum school i saw a medical book and i looked up red eyes ( i was bored) and in it it say that over use of eyedrops actually can cause red eye. Red eye is caused when the cappilaries in your eyes fill with blood or burst i dunno one or the other and what the eye drops do is dry them up and thats how they do it, but if u use them enough and then stop your eyes will go red because they cappilaries are "addicted" to the chemicals in the eye drops. ****ty ay? there was a cure for red eye and they said to hold hot/warm water in your hand right under your eye and it moisturizes it ima have to try that

Well for me, it's weird. I used to get monstery red eyes, all the time, and I finally put my foot in the door and bought some visine. It worked, but after a while it started deteriorating, and finally stopped all together, so I just tossed the bottle. But now, after I stopped, my eyes don't get red at all! Ever!!! Yippee!!!

hmm thats scary I use allergy visene once a day. It helps my allergys wich I do have but it also gets the red out =O. So yah know my allergys are usually pretty bad before work.. is that to frequent of use? like once a day
