|  Slightly early harvest and HEADACHE Curious if anyone has had this happen. I have some beauties at about 6 weeks flower and thought I would grab some lower stem buds for a try and really could'nt wait. So I half dried them, real sticky White Widow, and each smoke is causing some real painful headaches. Is this because the nutes are still at max flower or the early chemistry of the flower development, or the combo. This is the same plants harvested just 6 months ago with then almost Amsterdam quality. Now I have just returned from A'Dam last week with some great expectations from this cycle and seriously dripping sticky buds and even the large fan leaves but I am unable to enjoy. Any words of wisdom would ease my worry. |

|  This might be on the edge of being a thread for opovergrow. It may be just because it isn't completely cured, or dried. (I know nothing about preparing it, so nevermind me)

| Probably didnt dry it out enough. I have smoked early buds,even before the nute flush and have never gotten a headache. The bud was probably not dry enough. When nutes arent flushed out before you smoke the bud, it can sometimes give it a harsher taste but I have never heard of headaches. Also buds that are picked earlier give you more of a ^UP^ high instead of a stoney body high with couch lock like effects. I'm sure you would get more replies if you posted this bad boy over at hempcultivation.com. Happy Smokin'! |

| High Nitrogen. From not flushing 2 weeks prier to harvest. Plants High in Urea- Nitrogen. Can give you a headache you will never forget. So flush your plants...  |
