| Once you realize/learn that THC isn't all that bad for you and vaporizing makes it even healthier, can you still get over psychological addiction? I'm finding myself addicted now. I haven't done it in a month and I won't due to drug testing reasons for a while. But I think about it and I know for a fact that I will consume THC at every safe opportunity possible because I simply love the effects. So, if I have to pass drug tests or not consume THC for other reasons (such as having other $$$ priorities or having to be focused) then I will abstain, but once its safe - I WILL do it. If time, money, and situation permit then I can't find the answer to the question "Why not?" I seriously feel that THC will be on my mind even if I have to abstain for years and years which is easily done physically, but not psychologically. |

| I think your definition of "addiction" might be a little loose.. |

| I feel the exact same way. If i can see no reason not to smoke it, ill smoke it. There is always that chance of a bust, or a random drug test for whatever reason, but in my mind that is just a small percentage that really doenst come into effect. |

| If marijuana use doesn't interfere with other aspects of your life, why worry about it? Marijuana makes a great adjunct to a full life. It only becomes a negative when it becomes the core of your existence.

| You THINK about it because it's something you enjoy. I think about sex a lot too . Buzzby is right, if it is something you enjoy doing and is not affecting your life negatively then instead of looking at it as a psychological addiction, just look at the positives to it. If you stopped for a few years and still thought about it, that's just because it is something you enjoyed. Over time, you would think about it far less.... |

| highly enjoing an activity is not an addiction, if you were to sacrifise things like family and your own well being and the well being of others than it would be an addiction, but realy if you can stop cold turkey at anytime for any reason than it is not an addiction you merely enjoy smoking pot |

Yeah, but thing is.... every time you carry pot (even at your own house) you put yourself under the risk of being arrested and having a criminal history. Having a criminal history (even small possession misdemeanor) will cut out of SO many job. So, the risk is truly great. | |

| It's all about balancing your life, and like Buzzby said if it doesn't interfere with your life or what you want your life to be then why worry about it?
