Weed for ADHD

I have pretty bad Adhd and i find that smoking actually helps me alot more with my problem..then taking adderal.. Does anyone else have adhd and find it more efficent to smoke then take adderal or what ever else they got you on. Wonder if there's a study that has the same results.
