I recieved some very fresh, leafy marijuana./ It smells like heaven but it doesn't have the effects I normally administer so I am wondering what I should do with it... what do you recommend, let it age a little??

put it in an air tight container in a very dark place for a few days than try it, if it still doesnt get you high enough than do it again, chances are it wasn't cured properly

i had some not to long ago that wasnt quite cured i put it in my jar and put that under my sink for a few days and next time i hit it i was seeing double

also pick the extra leaves off and keep them in a container and when you have enough make some honey oil and enjoy

Don't! That's the worst possible thing you could do with fresh marijuana. Look at that jar after a few days and your precious weed will be covered with mold.

For marijuana to reach its full potency, it needs to be dried for a week or until its moisture content is less than 15% (fresh marijuana is 75% moisture). This can be done by hanging the plant or its branches or putting the buds on a screen so air can flow all around them. Then it should be cured over a period of several weeks. This is done by sealing the weed in glass jars and opening them periodically. This distributes the remaining moisture evenly through the bud and gives the last of the acid THC time to convert into its neutral form. You can learn the details over at Gardenscure.com.

When you say the weed is "leafy", do you mean that the buds still have leaves sticking out of them or that what you have is leaves rather than buds? Leaves are inherently less potent than the buds.
