Im pretty sure this is exactly what Ive had going on for like a year now. At the exact same time (10:45) everyday, I would get sick as a fucking dog, ready to puke everywhere. After lunch Id be fine until 5 oclock when I got off work, then BAM, sick as a dog again. So I started asking around to see everyones input, turns out, Im unofficially diagnosed as hypoglycemic. My solution, eat 5 or 6 meals a day, small meals. Ive been doing that for the past couple of months and havent had a single spell again. Hope that helps.

EDIT: On a side note, Id like to say the only thing that helped me through the pain and sickness before I figured out what the problem was, was of course Ms. Jane.
