Im a big smoker, 2-3 Joints a day is about the Avg. for me. Recently I have been having these extreme Panic attacks. Today I was tokin up at this park.. I was choking so bad I couldnt breath at all. And I thaught I was gonna pass out. What could this be?... Im talking COULDNT breath at all...

...You took to big of a hit and couldn't breath, triggering your panic attack.

I don't know about anyone else, when I can't breath I panic.

I probably say it's all in your head. Maybe take it easy the next time you smoke and see if you start to feel any panicking.

I had one once. First time I ever went to my gf's Mom's.
I smoked too much too fast. Went downstairs and I was just chillin on the cough with my gf, and some friends. I ate some Doritos and all the sudden I felt like they were turning into cement as I was eating them, and no matter how much water I drank my mouth was so dry.
I then started to feel as if my throat was closing and I couldn't breathe, my gf started cry, and her parents were just about to call 911, I was TRIPPIN HUGE!!! Eventually I calmed down and everything was cool.
I think you're just taking too big of a hit, or you're doing to much and you can't handle it. I haven't had a panic attack since, maybe because I don't eat Doritos when I'm high now lol

Yes, I stopped smoking for a few weeks, and I made a pipe out of an apple. It's similar to your problem. I was expecting to big of a hit, and it hit super hard. I coughed for ever, and I couldn't breath so I was standing with my hands in the air. I thought I inhaled a flaming cherry, and since my mouth was dry, I thought my insides were to. So, I thought I caught on fire on the inside.

Most people will say it's in your head, which is partly true. You don't need anything other than mind power to tell yourself to calm down. It happens to me, but it's when I'm absolutely freaking out and it usually takes someone else telling me to breath to get me to do it. Hopefully that helps.

my roommate flipped out while we were in my car like 2 weeks ago. we were stopped in a neighborhood infront of a friends house, and we started smoking, and he had the roach in his hand (still burning a little), saw someones outside light come on and went to throw it out the window (why I dont know), but just ran his hand into the window and burnt his hand a little. he forgot to roll it down lol. I was laughing so hard I was crying, while he is trying to get out of the car but cant because its locked. I've never seen anyone flip out that bad, and he made it 100x more suspicious with all the ruckus he was making. I dont know what he was thinking, but now he is afriad to smoke weed cus he will be paranoid.

Dudes, one time while I was on a good buzz a huge, loud, NOISY fat bumblebee flew in through a tiny little window and starting buzzing around in the room for quite possibly 30 minutes, needless to say it was not quite a panic attack but still :-0 SCARY
