heres a nice one for you
i have a disorder called pectus carniatum (not sure how to spell second word) part of my sternum is outward, yet part of it goes in
sometimes when i smoke, i get very anxious about it and feel that my chest is about to cave in
im a very anxious person as it is and i find that smoking every other day or less helps me with anxiety HOWEVER, when i smoke every day or multiple times every day, thats when i start to have an anxiety problem. Like having an acidic stomache ache and using milk's basic properties to soothe it, but too much milk and YAK

Milk seems to help a stomach ache initially, but it eventually causes the stomach to produce more acid, which will make the stomach hurt more in the end.

I have stomach issues, and I'm supposed to stay away from dairy products when I have a stomach ache. I didn't listen once, and drank a whole glass of milk, trying to get relief, but I ended up being in more pain.

hey joshpackr, how much of this "gaba" stuff do you take? how long did it take to work for you? if you don't mind me asking, what physical symptoms were you having which it in turn helped with?

i've had GAD for the past 7 months which has included a constant pressure in my head. the pressure itself is enough to drive someone crazy, so it makes it worse. i'm also getting numbness in my jaw now.

thanks dude.

the exact same feeling happened to me when I started smoking again after three months of sobriety. i smoked with two of my friends and it was wierd like i had this feeling they didn't like me and shit but i had bought a twenty sack of good mids from one of them it took me a month and a half to smoke that one twenty about half way through the twenty is when my anxiety spouts had completely stopped it was really wierd I had to get used to weed again and this was all so crazy cause a twenty used to last me a night maybe two days before I quit I still haven't gotten back to smoking a twenty sack in a night though thank god. so my advice would be take it in moderation and sooner or later you should get the same feeling you miss

It's good that GABA works for you. GABA itself is polar and barely crosses the blood-brain barrier.

Most people won't see much effect from GABA, but there is another chemical out there that does cross the blood brain barrier, Phenibut.

Phenibut - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Phenibut is a GABA agonist, mainly binding to GABAb. It has a nonpolar benzene ring in its structure, which affords it the ability to cross the blood brain barrier. Chemically, it is identical to GABA except it has a benzene ring attached at the beta carbon.

Here is a place that sells it in bulk, and they are reputable:

1Fast400 Phenibut Powder
