|  Does MJ Have Any Positive Effects On Liver? My D boyfriend was recently told his liver is bad, and he has begun dialysis, He wants to know if it would b good or bad to smoke MJ with this problem?  |

| There hasn't been any study showing positive or negative effects on the liver. So it would be acceptable for him to smoke, but not beneficial. |

| Isn't dialysis used for kidney failure? I've never heard of it being used for liver problems.
