| Time to give credit where credit is due. This show had a hart time getting off the groundin 1999, but from the people I know that watched it, they all love it. Actually a few of my old friends went to the same high school as the writer believe it or not. The show takes place in 1980 in Michigan, is supposed to depict the high school he went to, so the friends that went to school with him all think they are somewhere in the show . They didn't hang out with the kid though. It's got a good cast, all of the actors suit their role perfect. If you wanna catch Seth Rogen in his younger days, this is the show to catch. Jason Segel and James Franco are also a couple of notable characters. Unfortunately the show only went on for one season. But it was awesome while it lasted. A definite cult following. I haven't seen most of them in forever, but here's one of the clips that stayed fresh in my memory all these years I just found. Has anyone seen this? Anyone like it as well?

| Hate to resurrect a dead thread... But Jesus Christ did I love this show. My 7th grade english teacher never felt like teaching (He was definitely a fan of the herb himself ), so on days where there was nothing REALLY important to do, he would play his DVD set for us.Damn, just seeing those youtube clips shows me that I need to go find the season on DVD somewhere...

| Thank god someone knows it! lol. If anyone is looking forward to Pineapple Express, Seth Rogen and James Franco are both in this show. This basically began their comedy duo, and they do make a good one. I watched the whole season again after making this thread ![]() |

| I love freaks and geeks. I want to watch it all again but I have too many other shows I have to finish. Just finished The Loop and now I'm trying to finish It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

| I love this show too. I didn't watch it when it was on the air but my girlfriend recently got me into it so I got her the dvd set for her bday. Hilarious. Harris is definitely the man. ~Tim

| I didn't used to watch the show religiously but whenever the reruns where on or if I knew about an upcoming new episode I would usually watch it. The show was funny and definitely had its moments. |

| I loved Freaks and Geeks! It was the best. Who was the moron who decided to cancel it? Plus, Linda Cardellini is incredibly hot. |
