So while I was in Kansas during the first half of summer break, me and my friends decided to start our own little stoner movie collection. So far we only have a few movies, but we plan to get more.
So if you know of any funny/trippy/stoner movies, feel free to posted 'em here.
What we have in our collection so far;

In terms of funny movies, I'll add Waiting, Shaolin Soccer, Kung Fu Hustle, Mallrats and Clerks (although not just funny).

If you want a more divergent selection, I highly recommend Pan's Labyrinth, Lord of the Rings (both the new trilogy and the animated version from 1978), Full Metal Jacket, Trainspotting, Casablanca, The Legend of The Drunken Master, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon...

Maybe not traditional stoner movies, but I think you'll enjoy them all stoned. Though they don't fit all highs, so I recommend you choose the movie AFTER you get high so you know what you're really in the mood for...

Superbad (One of my favs while High)
Super High Me(Extremely funny comedian being high for 30 days)
Talladega Nights(Most all Will Farell movies are hilarious and should be on any list)
Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle and Escape from Guantanamo(Seen it twice already and fuckin' love it!)
Walk Hard(Has funny parts in it)
The Love Guru(Recently downloaded and is a hilarious comedy)
The Big Lebowski( The dude is awesome)
Strange Wilderness(Incredibly dumb while sober, but incredibly brilliant while stoned)
Reefer Madness(Classic)
Grandma's Boy(Just an incredibly funny movie and plot outline)
Cheech And Chong(All of them are funny)

That's just to name a few. I download all my movies, and categorize them by what it is. That is my stoned folder. I have many many many other movies on their, but I really have to go use the bathroom.

The two I left out was..

Smiley Face: I'd love to eat cupcakes that my roommate made with extra weed in it without knowing it and go about my day doing simple errands while being baked out of my skull.

Idiocracy: Very funny movie. Doctors smoking super fat joints while examining you. How great is that?

I like any kevin smith movies which usually include jay and silent bob

If we are only talking about movies featuring stoners then your list is pretty good. if its movies while stoned though i agree with no country for old men, and id also suggest the departed.
